Ferrero Hazelnut Silos already operating in Chile
Ferrero storage facility for hazelnuts in Chile is already up and running with its two lines of hopper silos built by Silos Cordoba. The project includes 12 hopper silos 45º, nearly 7 meters in diameter each, to store about 6,000 tons of hazelnuts in total.
What is a Tempering Silo and what is it used for
A tempering silo is used to cool the grain after drying and before being transferred to a prolonged storage. The tempering silo allows the dryer to be used more economically because the drying process is much more efficient with high moisture content than in the final stages of the drying process.
