During the XXVI Iberian Ham Exhibition to be held in Jerez de los Caballeros from 7 to 10 May, there will be a Technical Seminar for Iberian pig farmers, which will address topics of interest to the pig production sector.
In addition to the technical sessions, the fair has scheduled many activities such as ham tasting contests, gastronomic events, visits by professionals in the hospitality and catering industries, popular tastings, as well as a cultural and a recreational program.
The Iberian Ham Exhibition is already an established event and a benchmark for farmers, producers and product processors.
One more year Gandaria, livestock division of Silos Córdoba, will sponsor this event to support the iberian pig production industry.
