Iran Agro 2015 is moving towards a record participation. Up 21% in 2014: Strong upward trend in EU-Trade with Iran.
The 22nd edition of Iran Agro, Iran Food + Bev Tec & Iran Food + Hospitality is scheduled for 26 – 29 May 2015 at the Tehran International Fairgrounds and takes place on the context of a strong upward trend in EU-trade with Iran.
The overall EU–trade with Iran amounted to 7.5 billion euros in 2014, an increase of 21%!
The prospects for business in Iran are extremely positive. Already during the 21st Iran Agrofood in June 2014, 854 exhibitors of 24 countries discussed business with 30,739 visitors and reported about a more buoyant business mood of their clients.
Also the figures from the German Federal Statistical Office confirm these impressions. Between January and November 2014 German companies boosted their exports by 33 percent, to 2.182 billion euros, the first time after several years of shrinking. Besides food, especially machines were delivered, not covered by the embargo.
