In 20 years, steel silos manufacturer Silos Cordoba has multiplied its workforce by 10% and its turnover by 45%. Twenty years ago it had a dozen employees and its production was sold entirely in Spain. At the end of the year 94, the generational shift favored the internationalization of the company. Today, 82% of its production is sold out of Spain.
