The Scientific and Technological Park of Córdoba “Rabanales 21” is registering an increase in demand for land to locate new projects.
- The current commercial and service area has more than 43,000 meters.
- Highlighting the construction of a new building focused on R&D.
- Various international companies show interest in locating in the Park.
The three buildings owned by the Technological Science Park are almost 100% occupied and are a successful business model.
There are sectors such as energy, biotechnology, ICT and agri-food and there are associations related to engineering, environmental and service.
In addition to its modern facilities, Gandaria has four projects in experimental phase, located in the prototypes zone that the Park has for company research.
