The first Project of Silos Cordoba Uruguay S.A. for Venezuela is now a reality, shipment of the material to Venezuelan Convaca Group has just begun. The new facility planned for the storage and drying of corn will have a capacity of 20,000 tons and a yield of 80 ton/h.
The new factory of Silos Cordoba Group is being built in Brazil, in the city of Cuiabá, Mato Grosso State. That region of Brazil is characterized by high production of grains, soybeans and corn, and internationally known for harboring a particular ecosystem, “Pantanal mato-grosense”.
Silos Cordoba is building a new Headquarters and Manufacturing Plant in Cordoba’s Science and Technology Park Rabanales 21. The project consists of two buildings. The main building, designed to house the manufacturing plant and the other building, the administrative area, represents the corporate image of the company, and is designed by using its flagship product, a steel silo, as an architectural element.
Malt and rice grain storage facility at Carlsberg’s new brewery in Myanmar is now fully operational. The storage facility includes 1 hopper silo 45º with a diameter of 4.58 m, 10 shells height and a capacity of 208 m3; and 2 hopper silos 45º with a diameter of 7.64 m, 15 shells height and a capacity of 876 m3. In addition, the silos are equipped with ventilation and thermometry system for maintaining stored grain quality.
The grain storage facility built in Egypt by Silos Cordoba has a capacity of 56,000 tons of wheat grains and is one of the largest projects in the region.
The new facility planned for storage of rice and malt will comprise 1 hopper silo 45º with a diameter of 4.58 m, 10 shells height and a capacity of 208 m3; and 2 hopper silos 45º with a diameter of 7.64 m, 15 shells height and a capacity of 876 m3. In addition, the silos are equipped with ventilation and thermometry system for maintaining stored grain quality.
