We are finalising the assembly of a silo that has been designed to adapt it to the special characteristics of the product. The product is grape seed, a by-product of the wine industry to be used as biomass.

The silo is equipped with a pneumatic loading system, and therefore the seams between the ferrule plates are specially sealed. The decompression is carried out by means of a sleeve filter located on the catwalk supported by the silo, so that the sleeves can be easily changed.

To facilitate unloading, the silo has a cone with a 60º inclination and round head bolts.

The silo content is controlled by maximum level sensors on the roof and minimum level sensors on the cone.

The catwalk allows access to the temperature probe and maximum level sensor through a hatch.

Photos of the assembly of the silo model 03.82/05 60º designed for the storage of grape seed to be used as biomass that is being carried out in Saint-Thibéry, France.
