Silos Cordoba, together with “KazAgroFinance” JSC and “HPP Tonkeris” LLP, presented their new facility in Akmola region of Kazakhstan, on August 16th. The facility is located 30 km far from the capital of Kazakhstan – Astana.
Silos Cordoba made the modernization of the storage plant, designed for the storage of 32,000 tons of grain. It should be pointed out that the complete project has been finished according to the deadlines, just before of the harvest season in the main grain producer regions of Kazakhstan.
Grain harvesting is the most important event in the specified regions. In this regard, the inauguration ceremony of the storage plant was attended by the Minister of Agriculture of Kazakhstan, heads of “National Holding KazAgro” JSC and “KazAgroFinance” JSC, which are the main financial operators of implementation of government programs in the agricultural sector of Kazakhstan. Leaders of the region, representatives of major grain companies, grain importers from China, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Iran also attended the ceremony. A press conference was also organized for Kazakhstan mass media.
In this complex we have applied our best technical and technological solutions. The complex is equipped with an automated control system, as well as high-tech cleaning system, grain drying and grain packing for sending rail cars to China. The grain storage silos meet the international standards of grain storage and are made using high strength steel with metal galvanization Z-600.
In this case, the modernization of the entire complex was conducted in parallel with the routine activities of the company. Silos Cordoba engineers have designed and implemented all the client’s wishes. As a result, the facility can carry out 12 operations simultaneously, independently of each other. Moreover, the handling equipment was installed and connected to a unified control system with existing storage facilities, resulting in an increase of possibilities of the complex.
The new equipment of HPP Tonkeris supplied by Silos Cordoba counted on the financial support of “KazAgroFinance” JSC, whereby the client intends to increase the amount of underworking of grain up to 100 thousand tons per year.
According to the conclusion of the Grain State Territorial Inspection, the storage plant installed at “HPP Tonkeris” LLP meets all the requirements of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
