The Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Environment (Magrama) has introduced a Plan for the Development of Livestock Production Innovation, an initiative endowed with 8.633.280 million euros over the next three years.
The project objective is to fund research projects and innovation aimed at improving the competitiveness of the livestock industry and farm profitability.
Finally, this Plan aims to accumulate practical experience and synergies towards the development of similar initiatives in the future, within the Project Horizon 2020. The final budget for the entire EU is estimated around 3,000 million euros.
