We are proud to introduce our new heavy-duty belt conveyor models TBI 500, TBI 600 and TBI 800, which are optimised to run up to 24 hours a day with capacities ranging from 500 to 800 T/h.
The main improvements and features of the new belt conveyors’ design are:
Detachable hoods along the entire belt to protect the material from the weather.
The hoods are not suitable for belts with a mobile tripper.
Primary and secondary scrapers to keep the belt clean.
They are ideal accessories for sticky materials or for very demanding installations since they keep the belt clean and free of material.
Welded metal bowl in the rollers.
The rollers installed in these conveyor models have a welded metal bowl, which makes the roller airtight, prevents internal corrosion and increases the life of the bearings.
Outer bearings
The bearings of these conveyor models are located on the outside of the machine, for easier greasing and replacement.
Anti-Jam System
The capacitive sensor installed in the head section will warn the control system of any jamming at the machine exit.
The new TBI 500, TBI 600 and TBI 800 belt conveyors are designed for yields ranging from 500 to 800 T/h.
