We are introducing a new perimeter catwalk that allows roof maintenance tasks to be carried out safely.
The perimeter catwalk for silo roof developed by Gandaria can be interior or exterior, and includes a transit floor. While the inner perimeter catwalk is always above the roof level and does not exceed the diameter of the silo, the outer perimeter catwalk is fixed to the outside of the silo cylinder, always below the roof level.
The perimeter catwalk has been developed for occasional use, allowing you to walk safely around the inner or outer perimeter of the silo, with the protection of the handrail while performing maintenance tasks on any of the roof accessories.
It is has been developed according to the UNE-EN ISO 1422-1 standard and is available for any silo diameter.
It can be assembled without a crane and erected simultaneously and together with the silo.
