We present new models of industrial chain conveyors with 400, 450 and 500 Tm/h. capacities. The new models extend our range of TCI chain conveyors, starting from 40 Tm/h.
The design of the new TCI 400, TCI 450 and TCI 500 conveyor models arises from the need to offer a high performance conveyor where working conditions do not require a heavy-duty conveyor.
These new industrial chain conveyor models that extend the TCI range share the same characteristics as the previous ones, but also have their own equipment that makes them ideal for installations with high storage capacities and with campaign or industrial work conditions.
The equipment of these new conveyor models is:
- Screw on solution to make assembly and maintenance tasks easier.
- Direct gearmotor with hollow shaft and contraction ring for easier maintenance and an optimum torque transmission through the contraction ring.
- P1000 anti-wear material on floor and optional on walls, ensuring a perfect glide of the chain and preventing wear of the base and walls of the conveyor.
- The installation of a plane chain, which uses less power than a forged chain.
- P1000 guide for chain to avoid misalignment.
