We’re presenting a new bucket elevator, the ECH Heavy Duty Bucket Elevator, which is capable of meeting the grain handling demands of port facilities and is optimized to run up to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
In recent years there is a greater demand for high-capacity handling machinery at port facilities, so it is more and more necessary to have a range of high-performance machinery.
That is why from the R&D Department we have taken another step further in the growth of our range of heavy duty machinery, capable of operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. After a thorough technical study of bucket elevators available on the market, we have undertaken the development of the ECH bucket elevator, with a simple design that favors functionality, robustness and easy maintenance, which has been made with high quality materials. In short, a bucket elevator designed to operate 24 hours a day under very demanding conditions.
The ECH bucket elevators range complements the range of TCH chain conveyors already launched a few months ago. Currently, the range starts at 300 t/h and reaches up to 500 t/h. The R&D Department plans to incorporate new elements into the course of the year to complete the range.
The main improvements and features of the new model of the bucket elevator design are: inspection scuttle on the top for easier inspection and maintenance, highly resistant anti-wear steel in entrances and high wear areas, the intermediate sections have been simplified, welded solutions in critical areas and protection of the mechanical parts.
