We are introducing a new flat metal sheet kit to line the inside of the silos and leave them completely smooth.
The new flat metal sheet kit developed by Silos Spain is specially designed to reduce the friction of the product on the walls of the silo, thus improving the flow.
Cohesive bulk materials, with a tendency to agglomerate, do not flow easily and stick to the walls. Moisture, storage time at rest, and other factors affect the flow properties of the bulk material. The smooth inner lining reduces friction between the bulk material and the silo walls, allowing the material to flow more easily.
Although our silo walls are very flat (with a wave pitch of 104 mm and a depth of 13 mm), which prevents the grain from remaining on the walls during the unloading process, there are projects that still require completely smooth walls, especially in the feed or granulated products sector.
The inner liner can be installed on both flat bottom silos and hopper silos and is available for any silo diameter.
