Silos Cordoba MTB team has participated in the IV Marathon BTT Sierra de Cazorla held on Sunday September 22 with the participation of more than 1,200 cyclists.
The marathon took place in the heart of the Sierra de Cazorla, Segura and Las Villas – a selective tour of 70 km, identical to the first two editions – in a morning with splendid weather conditions. In order to achieve a tour even more complete and attractive, they added several improvements. However, there is an alternative route that avoids the 60 km final part, which is very hard.
Andalusian Runners have shown an excellent physical condition in this Marathon and have rocked to the great supporters gathered in Jaen.
Both the president of the Royal Spanish Cycling Federation, José Luis López Cerrón and his counterpart from the FAC, Manuel Rodriguez, have emphasized the success of this national event with a tour, although hard, very much enjoyed by all participants.
It was tough, but we are already preparing for the next!
