We have recently undertaken the modernization of grain storage facilities “Tonkeris” in Kazakhstan.
The Tonkeris plant was built in 1950 and had never been reformed, it was practically in ruins. As one company specialist said: “Everything but the walls of the facility, was completely deteriorated.”
The grain used to be stored in the ancient building, with machinery. Now, they have put out all the machinery, dryer, pre-cleaner and elevators, and instead, they are building new metal silos.
The project includes 4 metal silos model 17.57/13, drum pre-cleaner, pre-cleaner, dryer, grain analyzer, sample taker and has a total storage capacity of 12,000 tons.
In this video, recorded by our representative office in Kazakhstan, we can see part of the remodeling process of the plant.
