At Gandaria, the livestock equipment division of Silos Cordoba, we focused on increasing the resources of space and equipment for the 2012 Eurotier edition, the world’s top event for animal production. The world event where innovations are presented, trends set and visions discussed, reported record attendance and participation figures: 2445 exhibitors from 46 countries, an enrollment much higher than previous years, more than 160,000 visitors; more exhibition space; and a significant growth in the offer.
On this occasion, we had a 25 square meters stand that housed:
- A farm silo, model 255-3 with the latest technical updates: an innovative metallic protective coating on the silo steel sheet, which is up to 10 times more resistant than traditional galvanization.
- A section of a new galvanized structure for livestock buildings. This new design structure, particularly suitable for broiler facilities in controlled environment, is made in black steel of 5 mm and then hot galvanized.
We already saw the first results of this fair, since we closed an important deal with a new customer in Africa during the event and we had many contacts which are expected to become customers in the near future.
