target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BAFCO Group<\/a> <\/em> du Bahre\u00efn, a d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9marr\u00e9 les travaux de g\u00e9nie civil de son usine de transformation de l\u00e9gumes, principalement de lentilles et de Chana Dal, qui aura une capacit\u00e9 de production de <strong>80 tonnes par jour<\/strong> sur une seule ligne de production.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019usine est situ\u00e9e dans la zone industrielle d\u2019Al Hidd, une ville du Bahre\u00efn situ\u00e9e sur des dunes de sable, \u00e0 l\u2019extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 sud-est de l\u2019\u00eele de Muharraq.<\/p>\n<p>Gandaria a propos\u00e9 la <strong>solution de stockage compl\u00e8te<\/strong> pour son premier projet dans ce pays.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;installation de stockage cl\u00e9 en main comprend :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fosse de r\u00e9ception des camions.<\/li>\n<li>3 silos \u00e0 tr\u00e9mie mod 9.17\/09 45\u00ba avec une <strong>capacit\u00e9 de stockage totale de 2 517 m3.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Toutes les tours de passerelle et supports n\u00e9cessaires.<\/li>\n<li>Syst\u00e8me de ventilation complet.<\/li>\n<li>Syst\u00e8me de contr\u00f4le de la temp\u00e9rature complet.<\/li>\n<li>Syst\u00e8me de nettoyage complet de 75 tonnes\/heure.<\/li>\n<li>Syst\u00e8mes de chargement de 75 tonnes\/heure: \u00e9l\u00e9vateurs \u00e0 godets et convoyeurs \u00e0 cha\u00eenes.<\/li>\n<li>Syst\u00e8mes de d\u00e9chargement de 40 tonnes\/heure: \u00e9l\u00e9vateurs \u00e0 godets et convoyeurs \u00e0 cha\u00eenes.<\/li>\n<li>Panneau de contr\u00f4le avec PC + PLC, y compris le syst\u00e8me SCADA.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Vue 3D de l&rsquo;usine BAFCO qui sera bient\u00f4t op\u00e9rationnelle dans la zone industrielle de Hidd \u00e0 Bahre\u00efn.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\"
