Mi mujer y yo vimos en el engorde de pollos una forma de ganarnos la vida sin tener que emigrar y salir del pueblo. Adem\u00e1s, su familia se dedica al engorde de pollos y nos recomendaron a GANDARIA para este Proyecto.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cuando la experiencia familiar te ayuda a decidir.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Los hermanos de Mar\u00eda Gracia llevan muchos a\u00f1os dedic\u00e1ndose a la avicultura con naves de pollos y junto a ellos se fueron motivando y se incorporaron en el sector.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cPor esta zona el trabajo no abunda y mis cu\u00f1ados me animaron a empezar en la avicultura. Con su ayuda, junto con el asesoramiento t\u00e9cnico de Gandaria, tenemos una nave muy eficiente y rentable y podemos ganarnos la vida sin salir del pueblo\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Junto al apoyo familiar y GANDARIA empiezan este nuevo reto con el objetivo de ganarse la vida. Rub\u00e9n nos cuenta que cuando pensaron seriamente en involucrarse en este proyecto visit\u00f3 varias granjas antes de decidirse por la empresa instaladora, pero las de GANDARIA le parec\u00edan las mejores. Es una tranquilidad pensar que el servicio es as\u00ed cuando inviertes tanto dinero en un proyecto de este tipo\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>El terreno donde han instalado la nave ha sido aportado por los padres de Mar\u00eda Gracia y, una vez terminado el tr\u00e1mite burocr\u00e1tico, empezaron a construir, GANDARIA construy\u00f3 una nave fant\u00e1stica en menos de tres meses, con unos acabados espectaculares y perfectamente preparada para comenzar a meter pollos.<\/p>\n<p>Rub\u00e9n nos cuenta que sus cu\u00f1ados est\u00e1n muy satisfechos con las naves ofrecidas por GANDARIA y que esto inclin\u00f3 mucho la balanza a la hora de establecer la elecci\u00f3n de trabajar con ella. Los acabados, el servicio post-venta, el asesoramiento y la formalidad de sus trabajadores convierten a esta empresa instaladora en la opci\u00f3n elegida por este avicultor para desarrollar su proyecto.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ventilaci\u00f3n transversal, una rara avis en el sector<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cada d\u00eda encontramos menos naves con ventilaci\u00f3n transversal en nuestro sector. Unos creen que se trata de eficiencia y otros que es cuesti\u00f3n de modas, pero la realidad es que la discusi\u00f3n en el sector est\u00e1 en auge.<\/p>\n<p>En esta nueva nave, la empresa instaladora le ofreci\u00f3 varios tipos de ventilaci\u00f3n a Rub\u00e9n, pero \u00e9ste se decidi\u00f3 por la ventilaci\u00f3n transversal.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cEn C\u00f3rdoba, si tienes buen manejo, vigilas a tus animales y te comprometes con tu explotaci\u00f3n, la ventilaci\u00f3n transversal es muy adecuada\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Una vez que comienzan el proyecto, desde GANDARIA le ofrecen mucho asesoramiento y se adaptan al proyecto que busca el avicultor. En este caso, quer\u00edan un porche y un almac\u00e9n y, tras comentarlo con GANDARIA, no hubo ning\u00fan problema en desarrollar el dise\u00f1o de la nave en funci\u00f3n de sus necesidades.<\/p>\n<p>La nave tiene unas dimensiones h\u00e1biles de 155m por 15 de ancho. Adem\u00e1s, han incorporado doble cuarto t\u00e9cnico con porche, donde uno se utiliza como cuarto t\u00e9cnico en s\u00ed y en el otro tienen el dep\u00f3sito de agua, el grupo electr\u00f3geno y dem\u00e1s utensilios para el correcto funcionamiento de la nave.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cEn estos negocios hay dos cosas que son fundamentales. En primer lugar tenemos las terminaciones, esto vale mucho dinero y poder observarlo todo con unos acabados perfectos es de agradecer. Como segundo punto, la formalidad que te ofrece la empresa. Tener que andar detr\u00e1s de alguien no es de buen gusto y Vicente Pe\u00f1a de GANDARIA te ofrece mucha formalidad\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Para la ventilaci\u00f3n transversal encontramos en el lateral de la nave <strong>9 ventiladores grandes y 10 peque\u00f1os<\/strong>, entrando el aire por la ventanillas laterales y saliendo por el ventilador. <strong>Las 123 ventanas en uno de los lados para la entrada del aire son muy resistentes y evitan las turbulencias de aire garantizando la correcta ventilaci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Los ventiladores grandes est\u00e1n cerrados con una compuerta perfectamente estanca y sellada con burlete que impide la transferencia de energ\u00eda y <strong>garantiza el aislamiento y evitan la entrada parasitarias de aire con las ventilaciones m\u00ednimas. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Los ventiladores, fabricados por GANDARIA, est\u00e1n hechos con una chapa especial que llevan una aleaci\u00f3n de zinc, magnesio y aluminio y son 10 veces m\u00e1s resistentes a la corrosi\u00f3n ambiental que otros ventiladores del mismo estilo. <strong>Adem\u00e1s, incorporan un motor de eficiencia energ\u00e9tica que se adapta a la normativa actual. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Una nave caracterizada por su fabuloso aislamiento t\u00e9rmico <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La nave nueva se caracteriza por un <strong>aislamiento perfecto, con ausencia de puentes t\u00e9rmicos, siendo estanca en su totalidad.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Los paneles s\u00e1ndwich en las paredes laterales tienen 5mm de espesor y en el tejado encontramos falso techo con paneles s\u00e1ndwich dobles de 30- 30mm que garantizan la correcta estanqueidad de la nave.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Este doble aislamiento (30-30), sumado a la c\u00e1mara de aire, hacen que el calor reinante la mayor parte del tiempo en esta comunidad no afecte al correcto desarrollo de los pollos, alcanzando los mismos el m\u00e1ximo rendimiento que les ofrece su estirpe gen\u00e9tica.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Esta disposici\u00f3n de materiales garantiza la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica tanto en verano como en invierno, \u201cinvertir en una nave correctamente dise\u00f1ada y aislada trae consigo a corto medio plazo un ahorro energ\u00e9tico muy rese\u00f1ables en los gastos de la explotaci\u00f3n\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Desde la empresa instaladora se\u00f1alan que siempre estudian las condiciones meteorol\u00f3gicas de la localizaci\u00f3n de la granja para proponerle al avicultor el tipo de aislamiento que sea adecuado.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Los portones son puertas frigor\u00edficas, por lo que la estanqueidad est\u00e1 garantizada con marcos de aluminio y despu\u00e9s un panel s\u00e1ndwich frigor\u00edfico que impide la creaci\u00f3n de puentes t\u00e9rmicos en las puertas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cinco engordes ya con excelentes resultados <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rub\u00e9n y su esposa llevan ya 5 engordes en estas instalaciones y se muestran muy contentos con los resultados, y no pueden decir otra cosa salvo que est\u00e1n muy contentos con las instalaciones ofrecidas por GANDARIA. <strong>La nave es estanca y funciona perfectamente todo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Rub\u00e9n trabaja en integraci\u00f3n para SADA y hasta el momento hacen clareos a final del engorde por lo que tienen la nave dividida con una red para separar a los animales.<\/li>\n<li>La integradora le hace trabajar bajo unas condiciones de bioseguridad muy altas y en este punto tambi\u00e9n se encuentra muy contento con el dise\u00f1o y distribuci\u00f3n de la explotaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u201cGANDARIA me ha hecho una nave que cumple con los requisitos de bioseguridad que me indica la integradora, adem\u00e1s cuando hacemos el vac\u00edo sanitario es f\u00e1cil de limpiar y los materiales son muy resistentes, el dise\u00f1o de la nave es muy adecuado\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>En la nave encontramos comederos multi-edad que pueden ser utilizados desde el arranque del pollito hasta el final del engorde.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Adem\u00e1s, tambi\u00e9n encontramos tetinas con recogedor con perfil de aluminio.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La elevaci\u00f3n de los platos y los bebederos es autom\u00e1tica y esto tambi\u00e9n <strong>facilita las operaciones de manejo durante el engorde de los animales y durante el vac\u00edo sanitario.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>El perfecto control ambiental gestionado por el aut\u00f3mata de control que encontramos en el cuarto t\u00e9cnico con la ayuda de las numerosas sondas distribuidas por la nave, les permite que el estado de la cama sea muy bueno y que con ello no tengas problemas de patas o derivados debido a las camas h\u00famedas. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>La iluminaci\u00f3n, un plus para el engorde del pollo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La iluminaci\u00f3n ha sido estudiada tambi\u00e9n en esta nave y se ha optado por luz led regulable de 0 a 100lux que no produce ning\u00fan tipo de sombra y que ayuda al pollo a ver correctamente la comida.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hay cuatro filas de luces ofreciendo mucha uniformidad en el reparto de luz.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El secreto de una nave de pollos est\u00e1 en la uniformidad, tanto en temperatura como humedad e iluminaci\u00f3n, adem\u00e1s de contar con comederos y bebederos suficientes para que los animales est\u00e9n repartidos adecuadamente, pero lo verdaderamente fundamental es llevar a cabo un buen manejo, y en esto mis cu\u00f1ados y GANDARIA han ayudado mucho.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cEstoy encantado con la nave. No es un trabajo de 8 o 9 horas, sino que requiere mucha constancia, pero estoy muy contento con la decisi\u00f3n que hemos tomado. Esto es rentable si le dedicas tiempo y te comprometes con la explotaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li>En un futuro pr\u00f3ximo queremos ampliar y vamos a volver a contar con GANDARIA.
