Unser spezialisiertes Montageteam schlie\u00dft zusammen mit lokalen Mitarbeitern eine Silomaisanlageprojekt in Angola ab, das die nat\u00fcrlichen Ressourcen des Landes nutzen soll und von dem erwartet wird, dass es eine lokale Besch\u00e4ftigung schafft, die zur Entwicklung der Region und des Landes beitragen wird Verbesserung der Lebensqualit\u00e4t vor Ort.<\/p>\n
Das Siloanlageprojekt wurde zwischen Portugal und Angola geteilt, es befindet sich in der N\u00e4he der Stadt Malanje und befindet sich in der Endphase der Montage.<\/p>\n
Das Projekt wurde von Gandaria aus der Planung, Fertigung, dem Versand und der Endmontage vorbereitet. Diese Endmontagephase ist eine besondere Herausforderung, da es schwierig ist, qualifizierte Arbeitskr\u00e4fte und Ausr\u00fcstung vor Ort zu finden. Daf\u00fcr haben wir das Montageteam aus dem Nachbarland Mosambik verlegt, da es bereits die Erfahrung vieler Projekte hinter sich hat und wir es mit einer weniger qualifizierten lokalen Belegschaft kombiniert haben.<\/p>\n
Die Siloanlage umfasst Flachbodensilos, Trocknungs- und Reinigungsger\u00e4te, Handhabungsger\u00e4te, Laufstege und T\u00fcrme einschlie\u00dflich elektrischer Installation und Automatisierung.<\/p>\n
Bei diesem Projekt sollen die nat\u00fcrlichen Ressourcen vor Ort genutzt werden (z. B. der Trockner verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber einen Holzkessel). Es wird erwartet, dass es eine lokale Besch\u00e4ftigungsquelle darstellt, die zur Entwicklung der Region und zur Verbesserung der Lebensqualit\u00e4t beitr\u00e4gt.<\/p>\n

This final assembly phase is a special challenge due to the difficulties of finding skilled labour and equipment locally.
