Es besteht aus <strong>6 Silos<\/strong> mod. 27.50 \/ 18, mit je einer Kapazit\u00e4t von 10.300 Tonnen. Die Silos sind aus verzinktem <strong>galvaniziertem Stahl Z-600<\/strong> (600 gr \/ m2 Zink) hergestellt.<\/p>\n<p>Die <strong>F\u00f6rdertechnik<\/strong> zur Bef\u00fcllung und Entleerung \u00a0der Silos hat einer Leistung von 500 t \/ h, und besteht aus:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Trogkettenf\u00f6rderer<\/strong> \u00a0mit einer Leistung von 500 t \/ h.<\/li>\n<li><strong>F\u00f6rderb\u00e4nde<\/strong> fuer Schiffsverladung mit einer Leistung von 500 t \/ h.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Die Siloanlage besteht aus:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Schiffsbelader, Leistung mit 500 t \/ h.<\/li>\n<li>Bel\u00fcftungssystem Silos.<\/li>\n<li>Temperaturmessanlagesystem fuer die Silos.<\/li>\n<li>Pre-Reinigungssystem durch Drehtrommel.<\/li>\n<li>Wiegesystem kontinuierlich fuer die Verladung und Entladung durch zwei Schaltungs Skalen.<\/li>\n<li>komplette Elektroinstallation.<\/li>\n<li>System-Management-Signale zu allen Sensoren, sowohl in Silos und Transportmaschinen.<\/li>\n<li>SCADA-System zur Anlagensteuerung \u00fcber SPS.<\/li>\n<li>Staubkontrollsystem in den gesamten Prozess durch automatische Schlauchfilterreinigung.<\/li>\n<li>Die Anlage wird von Staubkonzentration geh\u00e4rtet.<\/li>\n<li>So die wichtigsten Ger\u00e4te der Anlage sind mit aktiven Schutzeinrichtungen gem\u00e4\u00df den ATEX in Aufz\u00fcgen, Skalen und Schlauchfilter ausger\u00fcstet.<\/li>\n<li>Druckluftsystem.<\/li>\n<li>Elektrische Installation Erdung.<\/li>\n<li>Laufleistung von unterirdischen Trafostation.<\/li>\n<li>Gewitterschutzsystem.<\/li>\n<li>Meldesystem der Flugsicherheit.<\/li>\n<li>Brandschutzsystem.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Die <strong>schl\u00fcsselfertige Siloanlage<\/strong> wird in 10 Monaten fertig montiert.
